We understand that “buyer’s remorse” feels different when it involves your home decor. Our Return Policy is built on the “Peel-and-Protect” principle: we protect your investment as long as the product’s integrity is maintained.
3.2 The “Backing-Paper” Integrity Rule (The Core Condition)
To qualify for a refund:
- The Virgin Adhesive Rule: Once the sticker is peeled from its white backing paper and touches a surface, it is considered “Consumed.” We cannot accept returns of used stickers because the adhesive picks up microscopic wall dust, making it non-resalable.
- The “Tube-Safe” Return: Stickers must be returned in their original “Crease-Guard” cardboard tubes. A folded sticker is a broken sticker.
3.3 The “Defective-Print” Guarantee
If your mural arrives with pixelation, color-banding, or machine-cut errors:
- The 4-Hour “Unboxing” Proof: Users must provide a high-resolution video of the unboxing to prove the defect was not caused by rough handling during installation.
- The “Batch-Match” Replacement: We will reprint the specific panel to ensure color consistency across your entire wall.
